  • Each family may bring up to 6 attendees (not including the student).
  • Doors open at 5:30pm.
  • Students should arrive by 5:45pm.
  • Promotion ceremony begins at 6:00pm.
  • Parking is limited. Please consider carpooling as a family or walking to promotion if able.
  • If you are attending with a family member that depends on a wheelchair, we have designated parking in the back and a ramp that leads straight to the cafetorium. Also, please email Jeff Paulson at paulson_jeff@hcde.org if you need specific accommodations or seating due to accessibility.
