You are not required to watch the video below. It is the principal of the top Formula 1 racing team in the world. He has some lessons for how a high-performing team operates, and Thrasher is a high-performing team. In this video, he mentions the importance of:
- Hiring and developing the right people
- Trusting individuals to do their very best work
- Working as a team (not as individuals)
- Working from a sense of purpose (we do important work!)
- Leading by example
- Creating a "no blame" culture - we win and lose together
